Backend Tech Lead, Product Platform

Were seeking an experienced tech lead to help shape the future of our Product Platform. In this role you'll:
Own your domain to ensure code quality, performance, and our products scalability
Coach and mentor other developers to help them elevate their architecture and coding skills
Build our products using microservices written in Typescript (using NestJS) that run over Kubernetes
Leverage our in-house autonomous tools to manage development flow, from setting up our development environment to creating git branches and deploying services to production
Collaborate closely with the Product team, while operating in a self-sufficient squad to achieve team goals
Bring features to the finish line while working with stakeholders across the organization, including product, design, and data.
