Full operation of the purchase order system including:
Following the order after it arrives at the supplier.
Status updates of the orders in the ERP system and fluent contact with suppliers
Supplier overall management:
Producing reports and analyses for different activities.
Finding creative solutions for different problems regarding the orders: prices, delivery dates etc.
B.A degree
3 years of experience in purchasing / material planning
Experience in ERP systems / MRP planning module.
Procurement in a variety of different commodities.
Experience in closing strategic contracts with suppliers an advantage.
Experience from a global organization - an advantage.
Oracle / NetSuite sys
