R D, design, and project development: Lead innovative solutions from concept to execution.
Tender management: Oversee procurement processes, select suppliers, and manage contracts.
Supplier management and quality control: Ensure high-quality deliverables by coordinating with vendors and monitoring standards.
Project installation and O M supervision: Manage on-site activities and ensure the smooth operation of systems.
Licensing management: Handle all project licensing requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
Documentation: Prepare high-level project documents and client presentations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Companys engineering teams to advance project development.
Budget and timeline management: Keep projects on track and within budget, ensuring timely delivery.

Education:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering MUST.
Language Skills:
Highly proficient in English, with native-level writing MUST.
Proficiency in Russian Advantage.
Experience and Skills:
Proven track record of 3+ years in project management, preferably in renewable energy.
Proficiency in SolidWorks MUST.
Experience in Hydraulics a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
Readiness for occasional travel abroad.
Passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
Education:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering MUST.
