The Implementation Project Manager at will work with our latest software technology, Omnitrack. We are seeking a mid-level Delivery Lead / Project Manager / Consultant to oversee the end-to-end implementation process for our Omnitrack solution clients. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, guiding clients through the process, and ensuring the timely and successful deployment of our product. You will be responsible for managing multiple implementation projects within set budgets, timelines, and scopes.

Lead multiple client implementations simultaneously, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.

Requirements:
35 years of experience in project management, implementation, or client-facing roles in a SaaS or technology environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM platforms.
Preferred:
PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification
Basic technical proficiency with SaaS platforms and integrations (e.g., APIs, SSO).
Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
Experience in a client-facing role within a professional services firm
