abra R&D is seeking an experienced Jira Developer to join our Engineering team! About The Role Join our team of developers working on high-impact systems and processes. You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and customizing Jira solutions that support the organization's operations. You’ll work closely with various teams to optimize workflows, integrate third-party systems, and enhance Jira functionality.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain Jira systems tailored to organizational needs
* Implement custom Jira workflows, fields, and automation rules
* Integrate Jira with third-party systems via REST APIs
* Optimize Jira performance and streamline internal processes
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical requirements
* Participate in system architecture and process optimization discussions
* Troubleshoot and resolve Jira-related issues in production environments

* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, or JavaScript
* Experience with Jira workflows, custom fields, and automation
* Strong understanding of Jira REST API and third-party system integrations
* Experience with Jira plugins and advanced Jira configurations
* Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
* Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges Advantages
* Experience with additional Atlassian products (Confluence, Bitbucket)
* Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
* Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
