We are a global leader in hybrid cloud security. We bring a new approach that uses the attackers perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks. The platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems. We are looking for an Automation and Release team lead to join our CDR group at this exciting stage of our companys growth.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of automation and DevOps engineers to build automation infra and services which are effective, seamless and easy to use.
* Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
* Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts.
* Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies.
* Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance.
* Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services.
* Design and approve developers TEST plan for features, component TEST plan.
* API TEST automation.
* E2E flows automation.
* Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and provide great results under a tight schedule.
* Reporting to Head of CDR group.

* 5+ years of experience as a Software/Automation Developer, with Experience in software programing ( Python / JavaScript /TypeScript).
* 2+ years of experience as an Automation team lead or Automation Tech Lead.
* Deep understanding in automation infrastructure and CI/CD process.
* Deep understanding of QA processes and methodologies.
* Knowledge of various testing tools.
* DevOps understanding / background - big advantage.
* Experience with PlayWrite - Advantage.
* Experience with Microservices and AWS architecture - Advantage.
* Experience in testing Cyber security products - Advantage.
* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Advantage.
* Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
