Responsibilities: Responsible for managing supplier accounts, including reconciliations.
* Reviewing and processing supplier invoices from domestic and international vendors.
* Managing payments to suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
* Communicate with vendors regarding payments and invoices.
* Preparing and posting journal entries.
* Performing supplier account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
* Managing employee expense reports and reimbursements.
* Maintaining accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
