We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Applications Manager to join our dynamic IT team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our core business applications, with a primary focus on SAP. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our business applications align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic business application initiatives to achieve key business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective application solutions
Manage a team of application specialists and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Prioritize projects and other workloads through close collaborat

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or information systems.
Proven experience as a Business Applications Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on SAP.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven record in strategic planning, scope, change management, and budget and resource management.
10 years of experience operating in a complex technology environment (advantage for candidates with SAP ERP experience).
10 years of large program/project management experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface with all functions at all levels of the organization.
Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN) in an Information Technology environment is desirable.
