The emergence of generative AI is changing the landscape of data science and engineering. , we believe that with this change comes a transformation in the role of the AI Engineer. We are seeking an ambitious AI Engineer with a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.

You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop and integrate advanced AI modelsincluding Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning agents, and prompt optimization techniquesinto our platform. Your work will directly impact how major food and beverage brands make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models, with a focus on LLMs and generative AI.
Fine-tune and deploy AI agents for various applications within our platform.
Research and identify innovative solutions for complex problems using the latest advancements in AI.
Integrate AI solutions into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
Process and analyze large, diverse datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data engineering.
Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in AI Engineering/Data Science/ML Ops or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Strong background in machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
Experience with fine-tuning models and developing AI agents.
Proficiency in Python, especially in production environments.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and containerization tools like Docker.
Understanding of MLOps principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data engineering aspects of AI projects.
Knowledge of prompt optimization techniques.
Participation in industry meetups or conferences.
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
