We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers while driving strategic initiatives across our enterprise product portfolio. This role combines hands-on product management with team development and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
* Lead product roadmap development across multiple product lines
* Accountability for product portfolio performance
* Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
* Partner with Sales, Engineering, Design, Implementation, and Support leadership
* Build relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
* Drive product discovery and validation processes
* Drive product discovery, user research, and market analysis
* Own key product metrics and OKRs

* Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
* Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
* Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
* data analysis capabilities (SQL, Excel)
* Understanding of technical architectures and system design
* The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with practical execution, demonstrating both technical depth and leadership excellence. They will be passionate about building great products and developing strong teams in a dynamic enterprise software environment.
