Reports To: Global COO
The Global Planning and Procurement Manager will play a critical role in driving supply chain efficiency by coordinating the Sales Operations Planning (S OP) process globally and managing procurement planning to align with business objectives. This position ensures optimal inventory levels, on-time delivery, and cost-effective procurement while fostering collaboration across functions, regions, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
Develop, implement, and manage the global S OP process
Managing the local planning and procurement activities.
Oversee procurement planning cost reduction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes, reduce waste, and enhance value delivery.
Ensure optimal inventory levels to support service levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
Analyse and manage production capacity planning to support sales growth and operational efficiency.
Serve as a liaison between global supply chain teams, production sites, and regional markets.
Work closely with Finance to align S OP outputs with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize ERP and planning systems for seamless operations.
