Youre invited to Join us the greatest gaming family that brings a new twist to classic games by introducing them to the world of online casual games.
You will provide product/services information and resolve emerging problems that our players face within the game.
Responsibilities:
Ensure high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions & alternatives to players.
Identify and analyze recurring issues and trends by working with other departments until resolution.
Achieve an optimal support experience by continuous improvement and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Work in a dynamic, team-focused environment with growth opportunities and benefits.

Requirements:
Native or Mother tongue level in English and Hebrew (written & spoken)
Ability to work weekends and nights from home
Availability to work in shifts, at least 4 shifts per week including weekends
Independent and self-learner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive & can-do attitude!
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in social gaming/online marketing field- an advantage
1+ years of experience in customer success an advantage
