We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our B2B Growth team, reporting directly to the B2B Analytics Lead. In this role, youll drive decision-making processes by collaborating with teams across the company, leveraging data, creating monitoring tools, and translating actionable insights into strategies. We seek a team player with excellent analytical skills and a proven ability to turn data into stories that influence business outcomes.
What youll be spending your time on:
Strategic Insights: Convert complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations using data storytelling, visualization, and impactful presentations.
Lead Key Analyses: Drive in-depth analyses on critical KPIs like conversion, churn, segmentation, customer value, and business performance.
Financial Analytics: Collaborate with finance teams to incorporate financial analytics into growth strategies, forecasting, and decision-making.
Tracking and Methodologies: Build tracking tools, dashboards, and methodologies to enhance business visibility and identify growth opportunities.
Forecasting and Target Setting: Develop business forecasts and set targets based on a deep understanding of the macro environment, financial performance, and market challenges.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Finance teams to track initiatives and drive business improvements.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Present key insights to senior leadership to drive company-wide strategic initiatives.

Have you done this kind of stuff?
5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A/B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dynamic models).
Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
Strong understanding of business analysis, financial modeling, and data infrastructure.
Curious, with a strategic mindset and a passion for deriving insights from data.
Ability to drive change and impact in a complex organizational environment.
Experience managing multiple projects in a results-driven environment.
Not a must but a great advantage:
Experience with Salesforce.
Background in financial analytics or experience collaborating with finance teams.
Background in Financial Services or FinTech companies.
