Job Description:
* Writing complex specification documents, including addressing the functional aspect, system integration, and ERD diagrams.
* Analyzing requirements from stakeholders, investigating the current state, diving into details, understanding the business needs, and identifying gaps and needs.
* Managing work interfaces with relevant project stakeholders, with the ability to drive and guide them professionally, including direct communication with the development team and overseeing the testing process.

* At least two years of experience writing specification documents for Dynamics 365 (High-level & Detail design).
* Experience in writing complex specifications in a multi-process environment.
* Ability to work independently as part of a team, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation.
* Experience in long-term savings/financial organizations an advantage.
* Hands-on experience with implementing Dynamics 365 an advantage.
* Relevant academic degree/ system analysis course an advantage.
