Lead a team of validation engineers doing system level and RF performance testing of our company's products.
Be responsible for testing methodology, continual improvement of work processes in validation
Be responsible for building TEST setups for fully automated regression as well as for manual tests.

Requirements:
Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electronic/ Computer Science Engineering
10 years of system validation experience, with at least 4 years of team management.
Proven experience in lab work and validation of complex HW/SW/ Embedded designs.
Experience of testing Telecommunication
Experience in testing IP networking systems (routers, network processors), Knowledge in IP communication protocols and complex networks performance.
Proven experience in program language in an automation TEST environment ( C / C ++/ Python etc.)
Multidisciplinary and systematic system view, Knowledge in Embedded systems.
Experience in planning, estimating and development of system tests.
Experience in development of automation in validation environments -
Experience in RF - an advantage.
