5+ years experience in management roles of hardware, software, production and procurement projects
Proven experience of work at international companies, and working with international teams
Professional background in technology (hardware and software projects)
Academic degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar (preferably a combination of technology and business)
Fluency in English
Outstanding presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and sensitivity
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Advantage to those who also have:
Work experience or knowledge in the Automotive industry
Experience in engineering and electronic manufacturing companies
Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, French, etc.)
