As Legal Counsel you will part part of:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements.
Provide legal advice to, and build internal client relationships with the companys various departments and other stakeholders across the business (sales, marketing, human resources, R&D and finance).
Advise on and ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), industry-specific regulations, and cybersecurity-related legal frameworks, particularly in engagements with large, regulated enterprises.
Handling ongoing worldwide legal matters.
Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, policies, and legal processes.
Provide general corporate law advice as needed.

Requirements:
LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar.
3-5 years of experience as a lawyer in a high-tech department of a prominent law firm or a hi-tech company.
Creative, critical and pragmatic thinking strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically and establish a trusted advisor relationship with internal stakeholders, while accurately analyzing risks and providing excellent legal advice.
Hard worker, well-organized, dynamic and pro-active personality, team player, attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Mother-tongue level English (written and spoken) MUST.
