Description:
The Partner Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting business operations processes on our Partners Applications such as the Microsoft Partner Portal and Azure Marketplace. This role involves managing partner relationships, overseeing the submission and registration of deals, and ensuring compliance with our operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Registration: Oversee the submission and registration of deals on the Microsoft Partner Portal and Azure Marketplace, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Microsoft guidelines.
Operational Support: Provide support for business operations processes, including managing Channel Pricebook, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to partners.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with Partner's operational standards and policies.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on partner activities, deal registrations, and other relevant metrics.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to partners on using the Microsoft Partner Portal and Azure Marketplace effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless operations and support for partners.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Partner Portal and Azure Marketplace- Advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of CRM systems and business operations processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel(!), PowerPoint).
English High level.
