Full Stack Team Leader

we are looking for a talented, hands-on Full Stack Team Leader to join our amazing R&D department in Israel. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful, dynamic team of professionals and work with cutting edge technologies.
As a Team Leader at our company, you will have the autonomy and authority to lead your team through the product life cycle. Youll be responsible for the design and development of our industry-leading product and build our next generation website-building platform, used by millions of people around the world!
As Team Leader, you will:
Lead a team of developers in a multifunctional Squad through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.
Hands-on development 50% of your time.
Work closely with the squad's Product Manager on developing and refining your squads vision, strategy, product roadmap and define KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for optimization.
Play a key role in building a large-scale micro-frontends and SSR architectures
Grow, coach and become a personal & technical mentor for the team members.
Recruit and mentor new team members.
Play a key role in our R&D strategy and Engineering Guild.
