What You'll Do:
* Manage personal services, social and cultural activities, and volunteer programs
* Nurture operational partnerships
* Build and lead volunteer teams
* Organize nationwide events
* Create promotional materials
* Oversee CRM systems, events calendar, and maintain operational efficiency.

Full-time position, hybrid, office in Herzliya.

Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with basic Hebrew
* Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams and projects/events in Israel from A to Z
* Proactive, highly organized, multitasking, detail-oriented, with the ability to see the big picture
* Driver's license and car
