Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

we are creating a new Casual Studio with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking our best hits to a new level. You will join a team that is growing but still small, composed of veterans from the industry, where you will participate in every aspect of development, from ideation to testing the casual games in the market.

The Studio is working on Coffee Pack, one of our most promising game with promising opening KPIs and tremendous potential.

Role

We are looking for a talented Art Director with a good understanding of the casual mobile game market to help the team to deliver fun, innovative and entertaining games. You will take an innovative approach to gameplay ideas/features and give them their own spin.
Oversee the creative vision and direction of a live game with a large player-base, ensuring a cohesive and appealing visual style.
Lead the design and development of game assets, including characters, environments, and user interface elements, with a focus on creating a memorable player experience.
Drive the enhancement of the game with striking visual effects (VFX) and fluid animations, setting high standards for visual quality.
Coordinate closely with development teams to integrate artistic elements in Unity, addressing technical challenges through innovative solutions.
Guide the use of 2D and 3D techniques to elevate game visuals, making strategic decisions based on the games needs.
Champion the adoption of advanced art production tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve asset quality.
With this role, you will have a strong impact on the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a senior, multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people working on the most successful company game.
