As the Game Economy Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the economic frameworks within our leading games. You will use your analytical skills to balance player engagement and the business objectives of monetization and long-term player retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the economic structure, ensuring that both free and paid economies are well-balanced to maximize player engagement, retention, and revenue.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the game economy, including player progression, engagement, and monetization, and proactively adjust as needed.
Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that economic strategies align with the overall game design and business goals.
Utilize Big data analysis statistical models and visualizations to perform deep data analysis, build reports, and create dashboards that provide actionable insights.
Design and conduct A/B tests, simulations, and predictive models to evaluate the impact of changes to the game economy and make data-driven adjustments.
Create economic models that enhance the player experience, ensuring a rewarding and engaging progression system while also driving in-game purchases.

2+ years of experience managing game economies, ideally focusing on casual games.
A strong command of SQL (Snowflake/ BigQuery) and Excel is essential, and additional experience in Visualization tools (PowerBI, tableau) and Python/R is an advantage.
Ability to work with large datasets, develop economic models, and generate insights that drive both player engagement and business performance.
A deep understanding and passion for mobile games, especially in casual gaming.
Experience working with product teams and a strong understanding of how game features influence economic dynamics.
