Main Responsibilities:

Supplier Quality:

Supports development and deployment of risk-based supplier quality management standards, processes, and practices that meet [EMEA], enterprise, and other requirements, for example, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or ISO 22716 requirements and specific customer, end-user, or regulatory authority expectations.
Ensures IL requirements are documented and agreed upon with assigned suppliers.
Reports supplier quality performance and risks.

R&E:

Partner with the consumer insight-driven product development and delivery of product renovation and innovation strategy in the 1-5-year horizon for Nikol's portfolio in line with IL Strategic Business Plan.
Participates in consumer studies that support new product innovations/renovation, providing recommendations for change.
Accountable to bring product-related consumer and brand-driven activities through the Innovation Management Framework up to and passing BFI to ensure the Business needs are met throughout the development.
Delivers safety standards for the trial and development of our products. Acts as an example, ensuring compliance with K-C internal standards and country regulations.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, typically science or engineering-related or significant quality management experience.
Knowledge of quality management principles and requirements is required. 5-7 years of experience in a Supplier or Manufacturing Quality role.
Qualified Quality Systems auditor. ISO-9001 and ISO 22716 Certified Lead Auditor
In-depth understanding of key regulations and standards applicable to IL products and materials as sanitary manufacturing standards for cosmetic products.
