Sales Manager Nayax Energy

The Sales manager for IL will be part of the Nayax Energy sales team. The Sales Director for IL will actively assess relevant markets and verticals, identify new business opportunities, and implement the global go-2-market strategy in the IL market to increase the company’s revenue. The Sales Director for IL will work in collaboration with both EVP Global Energy Sales and the Nayax's IL GM, reporting to direct to Nayax's IL GM and dotted line to EVP Global Energy Sales.

Key responsibilities

· Establishing EV operations in the IL territory

o Implement the defined strategic plan for the IL market.

o Conduct pricing research and determine product pricing

o Establish legal agreements as required, working closely with organization’s legal advisors

· Define and implement organization’s strategic Sales and Business Development plan in the IL market, monitoring its implementation by KPI's.

· Identify initial market business changes and explore strategic development opportunities.

· Build the IL sales team which will consist of electric engineer and support/onboarding rep.

· Market development - responsible for the penetration of Nayax Energy solutions into the IL market, both in terms of new geographies and new vertical segments.

· Be the voice of the customer and influence the company's development and product roadmap

· E-commerce- E-commerce is a Line of business managed by the VP Global Sales & Business Development.

o The Sales director for IL will Perform competitor analysis and pricing of services.

o Responsible for signing local partners for the e-commerce program

o Manage the division of the sold product between the different partners which join the program

Requirements:

Job Qualifications and skills (Must):

· Sales hunter

· 3+ years' experience in sales and business development

· Proven experience in the EV industry

· Marketing and sales capability for technological solutions, software and hardware.

· Relevant academic degree.

· Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

· Understanding of budgets and business-planning

· Experience with market research.

· Experience in writing a strategic plan.

· Excellent communication skills in English

· Leadership and organizational abilities.

· Strategic thinking

· Problem-solving aptitude

· Senior executive presentation and data analysis.

· Good knowledge with MS project and IT systems that support salles (CRM).
