DESCRIPTION

The SEO Specialist at ThriveDX will be responsible for developing and executing the company's SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive revenue growth.

The SEO Specialist will work closely with the AVP of Performance Strategy and other marketing team members to optimize website content, identify and implement technical SEO improvements, and stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Major Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Create a high volume of detailed content briefs for the content team, QA and upload it to our websites.
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for website content optimization.
Optimize website content for search engines, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages.
Implement technical SEO improvements, including optimizing site structure, improving page load speed, and resolving technical SEO issues.
Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure that SEO efforts are aligned with other marketing and business initiatives.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in SEO and use this knowledge to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Monitor website traffic, search engine rankings, website conversions, and revenue from organic traffic. Provide regular reports on SEO performance to the Director of Performance Marketing and other marketing team members.
REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush/Ahrefs, etc.
Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices and experience with website optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with content management systems: WordPress.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
