Responsibilities

Responsible for the Units’ release management lifecycle, which involves scheduling the release, coordinating between R&D teams, and managing the release's deployment scheduling.
Lead the Cyber QA team in both content and infrastructure testing and be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, performing root-cause analysis, and defining corrective actions for the Cyber exercises, automation, and uni-testing.
Work alongside the Product and R&D teams to ensure content deliverables, including hands-on and theoretical units, infrastructure, and networks.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of practical experience in a QA team as part of an R&D department.
Practical experience as a responsible factor in a version release process.
Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills.
Experience as a Tech Leader/Team Leader in the QA field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and SW development lifecycle and building release plans – Advantage.
Experience with Infrastructure (Cloud/OnPrem) and networking - Advantage
