We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our BI Finance Team and lead BI initiatives within the finance domain. In this role, you will design and implement advanced financial data models to drive in-depth analysis, improve financial operations, and generate insights.

This is a senior role that requires a blend of data project management, hands-on analysis, and managing relationships with business partners.

You will work closely with finance stakeholders, product & GTM stakeholders, and senior management to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

How you'll make an impact:

Define and measure key performance indicators.
Design financial data models and lead data projects end-to-end.
Detect and draw key insights on different products to support the decision-making process.
Build reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
Work closely with a wide range of teams – senior management, strategy & finance teams, product managers, and R&D.

About you:

4+ years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst, BI Developer, or a similar role – MUST.
Advanced SQL skills – MUST.
Extensive experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools (our team uses Tableau) – MUST.
Experience in DWH methodologies and best practices.
BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar background.
Deep understanding of the different finance domains, processes, KPIs, and data flows.
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present to managers.
Excellent team player with strong attention to detail.

Bonus:

Previous experience working in a SaaS B2B company.
Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, data modeling, and collaboration with finance departments.
