The Deloitte Innovation team supports accelerating innovation and growth at Deloitte and for our clients, the world’s largest enterprises and disruptive startups. The Team is focused on creating future growth engines by enhancing and developing our business offerings with innovative technologies. We build digital platforms and products both in-house and jointly with partners from the Israeli startup ecosystem.

About the Role:

Lead and manage innovation projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with audit and assurance goals, quality, and risk management
Communicate and coordinate with audit and assurance teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the innovation lifecycle, ensuring expectations, requirements, and deliverables are clear and met
Develop and deliver training, guidance, and best practices for audit and assurance innovation initiatives
Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies that can support audit and assurance objectives and standards
Create and maintain project documentation, such as business cases, project plans, status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or related field
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in audit and assurance methodologies, standards, and processes
2+ years of experience in audit, assurance, consulting, or in a related technological environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other productivity and collaboration tools
Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, robotic process automation, blockchain, cloud computing, and digital platforms
Fluency in English, written and spoken – a must.
