Product Team Leader

We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers while driving strategic initiatives across our enterprise product portfolio. This role combines hands-on product management with team development and mentorship.

Requirements:

3-4 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS
experience in team management experience
Strong understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle
Experience with agile methodologies and product discovery
Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
Data analysis capabilities (SQL, Excel)
Understanding of technical architectures and system design

Responsibilities:

Lead product roadmap development across multiple product lines
Accountability for product portfolio performance
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers
Partner with Sales, Engineering, Design, Implementation, and Support leadership
Build relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
Drive product discovery and validation processes
Drive product discovery, user research, and market analysis
Own key product metrics and OKRs
