End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables. Lead, motivate and mentor a global multidisciplinary R&D department of Software, Hardware and Algorithm teams and managers. Experience in building high-performance, fault-tolerant and large scale systems. Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and to make progress with multiple projects and functional priorities simultaneously Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills
