What to Expect

This role will be the on-the-ground leader for Tesla fleet, helping all Tesla Operations teams manage their vehicles.

The role will oversee the Internal fleets as Test-drive, display, Service Loaners, Mobile cars and will be responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring driver compliance, and supporting quarterly vehicle audits.

The role will involve frequent communication across all levels, including Bodyshop, service teams, and managers. It will also require strong organizational skills to track the necessary Department of Transportation compliance documentation.

Additionally, this role may be required to assist with delivery hubs operations from time to time.

What You'll Do
Coordinate with Headquarter Fleet allocations for Test-drive, Display, Service Loaners & Mobile cars
Coordinate with operations teams and secure fleet excellence
Support registration & Insurance
Ensure 100% driver compliance to Tesla and DOT standards by auditing and coaching drivers
Secure good optimization of Fleet P&L
Manage with Used car department Service Loaners rotations with optimization of resale price
Manage vehicle inventory by tracking vehicle usage using Element software, monitoring rentals, and completing monthly audits

What You'll Bring
MOT certificate required for this role
Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detail
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Ziplabs, SCA
Ability to work within a complex and fluid, fast-paced, demanding work environment
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with other teams
Prior experience with fleet or Department of Transportation compliance a plus
