Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead our data analytics team, leveraging advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to drive business insights and decision-making. Qualifications:

Educational Background: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist - Insurance/financial services industry an advantage
Technical Skills: Expertise in Python,SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Segamaker, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with extensive experience in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading data science projects and great execution mineset.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to senior stakeholders.
Innovation: A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for leveraging data science to drive business innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
In-depth knowledge of life insurance products and business processes.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, databricks).
