VP Global Application

We, at Nova, are looking for VP of Global Application that will lead directly as well as in a matrix manner the global application force. This individual will work closely with our business and sales teams as well as R&D teams and cross-functional leaders in the company.

The role is reporting to Nova CBO and is part of GBG staff and HQ.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Experience in the hi-tech technology industry with relevant experience in semiconductor markets
Minimum of 5-7 years of Corporate Business Development to technical management roles– required
Familiarity with a deal-oriented process and environment, along with some experience in product management, marketing, or engineering
Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions – advantage
BS, MS in a quantitative field such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred, MBA is highly preferred
Travel – 1-2 times quarterly

Role Responsibilities:

What will you be doing:

Leading directly and in matrix manner the global application force.
Identifying external as well as internal needs and utilizing the internal resources in order to utilize the group’s abilities.
Responsible for developing application solutions & BKMs for high end technologies as well as identifying new opportunities supporting customer needs
Promoting Nova’s products and solutions for process control, to increase tools utilization and bring about new sales.
Balancing and prioritizing the various application’s requirements internal as well as external.
Participating in HQ strategic technical discussions as a liaison between HQ and customers.
Creating and maintaining a close partnership with the customer as well as with Nova’s business teams in order to promote business goal and high level products.
Supporting Pre sale and Post sale activities.
