IT Cloud and System Virtualization Engineer

MedOne is looking for a System Cloud and Virtualization Engineer to join our Professional Services Team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex VMware Cloud infrastructure environments.

• Manage large VMware virtual environments.

• Work with servers and operating systems (Windows & Linux).

• Develop new Cloud services and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT and system engineering, especially in multi-server and cloud environments.

• Proficiency with Windows Server OS.

• Experience with both private and public cloud ecosystems.

• Strong knowledge & experience in VMware environments.

• Experience with vSphere ESXi (6.7/7.0 and newer).

• Experience managing, installing, and upgrading large VMware environments.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage solutions (e.g., Infinidat, NetApp, Cisco SAN, Brocade SAN).

• Experience with VMware NSX, VCloud Director.

• Knowledge of Hyper Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment.

• Kubernetes and VMware Tanzu experience.

• Knowledge of Linux Servers.

• Familiarity with monitoring systems and backup systems.
