*We are seeking a Chemistry Lead to join our R&D team and drive the development of innovative drug molecules from early-stage research to commercial-scale manufacturing.*
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead external API development programs.
* Conduct hands-on work in crystallization, preformulation, and stability studies.
* Develop and characterize new solid forms of APIs.
* Collaborate with internal teams (CMC, Preclinical, Procurement, QA) and external CDMOs.
* Solve complex technical challenges and optimize processes.
*Qualifications:*
* Ph.D. or Master’s in Organic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
* 5+ years in pharmaceutical/chemical R&D, process development, technology transfer, or scale-up.
* Strong expertise in synthetic chemistry, API development, and material characterization.
* Excellent English (written and spoken).
