Marketing Designer

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a *Marketing Designer* to join our Marketing team in Herzliya.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Design various projects across multiple digital platforms (Website, social media, Newsletters, Ads, etc.).
* Concept and execution of creative campaigns for consumer goods.
* Producing highly creative content in line with brand guidelines, concepts, briefs, and deadlines.
* Designing ad assets for Google, Facebook, and other paid advertising platforms.
* Designing Social Media creative for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & Affiliates.
* Mentoring and supporting Junior Digital Designers.
* Good communication skills and the confidence to communicate

*Skills & Requirements:*
* Proven experience as a Digital Designer, preferably for a lifestyle brand/ consumer goods
* Capability to mentor junior team members.
* A strong portfolio showcasing digital designs across mobile, tablet, and desktop for responsive websites.
* Understanding of UX/UI design and creating seamless online customer experiences.
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS - design with development in mind, and ability to work closely with the E-commerce team to create required assets for pages or projects.
* A great eye for detail, and the ability to create pixel-perfect assets.
* A strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically Adobe XD and After Effects
