As part of the Head of Account Management role within Coralogix, you will:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, coach, and develop the account management team to achieve business objectives.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Set clear team goals and KPIs, and manage performance through regular reviews and feedback.
Strategic Account Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maintain and grow the company's key client relationships.
Define operational processes, programs, systems, and activities to drive excellent renewal outcomes.
Identify opportunities for expanding the business with existing clients through cross-selling and up-selling.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Manage and resolve key client issues and complaints.
Revenue Growth:
Drive your team's renewal, upsell, and cross-sell processes in collaboration with Customer Success. The main goal is to retain customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the platform and achieving net dollar retention growth.
Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product/services.
Report on sales results and forecast future sales.
Accurately forecast pipeline and identify renewal opportunities at risk.
Operational Excellence:
Drive customer adoption/usage data, executive relationships, customer health, and other key data and trends, working with Customer Success to proactively address factors that could put a renewal at risk.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Analyze trends and market conditions for present and future business opportunities.
Lead and manage groups of Account Managers in different locations around the world.
Requirements
Proven experience in an account management leadership role, preferably for a SaaS company or a company with a technical solution.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Proven discovery, presentation (both the corporate deck and product demo), deal structuring, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Successful track record of developing strong relationships with internal organizations, including customer success, sales (all levels), operations, legal, etc.
Proven experience in developing and driving renewal close plans.
Excellent communication skills, excelling in written, phone, and in-person communications.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
