Experienced IT customer support system person

A leading IT company is looking for an additional experienced IT customer support specialist to complete its team.

The work includes ongoing care and maintenance of customer networks:
• Servers (physical and virtual, mainly Windows servers)
• Active Directory
• Backups
• Networks
• System
• Information Security – Routers, Firewall etc.
• Computers and workstations

Full time, Fridays on duty once a month

Requirements:

- Proven experience working in IT customer support
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
