We are seeking a talented and motivated R&D chemist researcher to join our materials team and contribute to the development of smart window technologies. In this role, you will engage in innovative research and development of polymers and nano particles for our diverse products, through various chemistry synthesis methods and techniques, in a supportive and dynamic team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
Requirements:
· B.Sc. in Chemistry – a must.
· Hands-on experience with wet-chemistry techniques – a must.
· Fluent in English, both written and verbal – a must.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
· Design, synthesize, and develop organic polymers, small molecules, and nanoparticles for advanced material applications.
· Characterize synthesized materials using techniques such as NMR, GPC, SEM, GC-MS, rheology, FTIR, UV-Vis spectroscopy and rheology.
· Conduct analytical measurements, including electro-optical and microscopic evaluations (Haze-gard, light microscope, spectrophotometer), to evaluate and improve film properties.
· Analyze, document, and interpret experimental data, creating detailed reports and presentations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate synthesized materials into new product development.
