Planner

We are currently seeking a Planner (Production Planning & Control) to drive end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous operational improvement across our production processes.

Job Description:

Plan, monitor, and optimize production and supply processes.
Full responsibility for work order planning, inventory, material availability, and meeting delivery targets.
Analyze operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and lead improvement initiatives.
Responsibility for costing/pricing.
Ongoing collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, and Project teams, as well as managing interfaces with subcontractors.

Requirements:

Practical Engineer / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or a relevant field – required.
3+ years of experience in a Production Planning & Control role in a company. developing and manufacturing complex electronic systems – required
Strong operational capabilities, process-oriented mindset, and analytical skills – required.
Advanced proficiency in Excel – required.
Experience with Priority Web (industrial ERP system) – a significant advantage.
Experience with Power BI – advantage.
High level of English.
Systems thinking, strong decision-making skills, and ability to work independently.
Leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive multiple stakeholders in a complex, dynamic environment.
