Bookkeeper

Airport city (Beit Aizenberg), IL, 1029200

The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books and will be working closely and collaboratively with our Finance manager.

Responsibilities:

AR process - issue invoices and receipts to customers, daily assistance to operations team.
AP process – invoice entries and reconciliations, prepare and manage payments.
Bank reconciliations.
Assistance with reporting to tax and social security
VAT monthly reports
Management of the company's credit cards.

Requirements:

Accounting certificate type 1 + 2
Experience with ERP systems (SAP- advantage)
Strong Excel skills
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player and service-oriented
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Duties related to Marketing & admin. That required from the management.
