We’re hiring an Agent Product Manager to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents that deliver real-world impact.

About The Role:

As an Agent Product Manager at Notch, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents tailored to their brand and workflows. You’ll own customer outcomes end-to-end, act as the bridge between customers and engineering, and help shape the future of our platform through real-world insights.

This role is ideal for those who want to combine strategic thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on execution to drive tangible results.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and refine AI agents alongside customers - diving deep into their workflows, challenges, and goals to craft tailored solutions.
Create fast feedback loops with engineering - translating real-world needs into product improvements and new capabilities.
Partner closely with your engineering pod to deliver new features and enhancements that support specific customer use cases.
Own the full lifecycle of customer AI agents - from initial deployment through ongoing optimization and success.
Represent Notch externally - collaborating with enterprise customers, driving key deployments, and showcasing the future of AI-powered CX.

Requirements:

Have 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, Technical project lead).
Are technically savvy - able to understand system integrations, workflows, and AI agent design.
Possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Are comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, shaping solutions on the fly.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
