Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete payroll process for over 200 employees in multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll in coordination with outsourcing vendors (PEOs\EORs).
Manage and process payroll for all employees in Israel.
Verify and review payroll data to ensure accuracy and develop processes for continuous improvement.
Prepare and review monthly payroll records and reconciliations, including analytical reports.
Handle the accounts payable (AP) and monthly reporting to the authorities for the Israeli site.

Requirements:

Certified Payroll Accountant – mandatory.
At least 2 years of experience in global payroll and payroll processing in Israel.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, including payroll tax, social insurance, and compliance in various countries.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
Strong skills in Excel and analytical thinking.
Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.
