Chief Information Security Officer

Are you our next CISO? We are looking for a motivated and highly experienced CISO to join our global teams who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected. In addition, you will work with other executives across different departments to align security initiatives with broader business objectives and mitigate the risks various security threats pose to the organization's mission and goals.

The CISO at 888WH is responsible for developing and implementing an information security program, which includes procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise communications, systems, and assets from both internal and external threats. The CISO is the process owner of all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee, and business information in compliance with the organization's information security policies.

Your Role:

Lead End to end security for users, data, networks, and services.
Manage Security operations and incident management.
Lead a Global team (30+) of SIEM, SOC, GRC, Security Engineering, and Architecture.
Define and master Security engineering and building new security layers with new technologies.
Develop Security architecture of services.
Lead all GRC (Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance) activities.
Combine technical knowledge with deep business understanding.
Collaborate with C-level, VPs, and all company employees.
Resolve & manage intense security incidents with the ability to distinguish major from minor issues.
Implement a proactive approach to security, taking on any task that can enhance security measures.
Resolve and apply management decisions even when they are in contradiction to best security practices.
Financial and Resource Management: Oversee the information security budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources towards technologies, personnel, and training that enhance the organization's security posture.
Employee Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the security team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Vendor and Contract Management: Manage relationships with sub-suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, overseeing service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring compliance with security requirements.

Your Skills:

High level of service orientation and communication skills.
At least 12+ years of experience managing security teams, preferably in online companies.
A Security Tech leader with expert knowledge in security and incident management.
Experience as the lead technical and architectural security decision-maker for major incidents.
Ability to lead technical discussions and understand business needs, scaling them with security measures.
Acting as a role model for security teams with a proven track record of leading technical security teams to deliver results in a changing environment.
Willingness to work in a highly intensive and demanding environment, sometimes exceeding normal working hours.
Knowledgeable in cloud security, data encryption, and securing mobile applications.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance requirements related to information security and data protection.
Proven experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to support security initiatives.
Strong capabilities in negotiating and managing contracts and relationships with external vendors and service providers.
