Embedded Linux- Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Linux Software Team Leader to drive the development of a modern platform for next-generation products, with strong hands-on experience in drivers, kernel, and BSP development. What you’ll do: Lead the platform development while maintaining overall architecture and system integrity. Design and review complex technical solutions, including drivers, kernel, and BSP, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards. Collaborate closely with system and software architects to align development efforts with architectural goals and cross-functional requirements. Lead project planning, execution, and testing phases, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Recruit, train, and mentor team members, setting professional standards and fostering a high-performing team. Utilize modern technologies and advanced development methodologies to optimize processes and outputs. B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing and leading software development teams. Strong proficiency in C and C++. Extensive experience in Embedded Linux, including drivers, kernel, and BSP development.
