Financial Operations Intern

We are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy student to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Assistant. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations while supporting our CFO and working closely with our outsourced accounting team.

Responsibilities:
Assist the CFO with day-to-day financial and operational tasks
Extract, organize, and analyze data from various systems and tools
Communicate with internal stakeholders to support financial workflows and ensure timely execution
Input and manage financial data in an accurate and structured manner
Support process documentation and help streamline recurring tasks
Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Strong attention to detail, with a structured and process-oriented work approach
High technological orientation and quick learning ability
Interest and/or experience in working with AI tools and digital platforms
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with additional tools or platforms – an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change
Availability to work ~15-20 hours per week
