Responsibilities

AP cycle management including processing multi-currencies invoices, new vendors setting-up, approval flow maintenance.
Direct communication with vendors and employees on an ongoing basis.
Responsible for employee expense reimbursement.
Manage several credit cards and Payem cards including recording and syncing transactions on a daily basis and performing monthly reconciliations.
Support month, quarter, and year-closing procedures.
Work in a multicurrency and international environment.

Requirements·

Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage) - a must.
3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a Hi-Tech or global company - a must.
Experience in handling travel invoices and employee reimbursements- advantage.
Experience with Netsuite ERP system – advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to enforce company policies and serve as a gatekeeper, while maintaining a high level of service orientation.

High-level of English (both spoken and written) - a must.
Highly organized, strong attention to detail, multitasking.
Ability to work independently in accordance with established policies and regulations.
