SolarEdge is looking for a Senior Devops engineer to lead a company-wide impact on products and teams worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Operating critical production systems and developing cutting-edge design automation tools, build systems, and continuous integration systems
Developing and operating a wide range of infrastructure components and automations, defining architectural and technological strategies for those projects
Being hands-on, implementing new technologies, processes, and tools to make constant improvements to the automated infrastructure
Collaborating closely with software developers and other stakeholders to build and improve infrastructure supporting automation and CI/CD processes in our organization

Requirements:

5+ year experience in DevOps.
Demonstrated experience managing live production environments.
Hands-on experience in the following fields: Kubernetes, AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC), Artifactory, Gitlab (+Pipelines) and Jenkins.
Deep knowledge on IaaC tools, such as Terraform and Ansible.
Scripting skills, Bash and Python.
Team player, willing to cooperate and communicate.
Solid understanding in Linux distribution installation.

Advantages:

Broad knowledge and experience with popular monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch.
Experience with running production workloads on Kubernetes.
Experience with security methodologies.
Experience with event streaming and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ.
Strong design, architect, and debugging skills.
