Your role:

As a Scrum Master, you’ll be leading and developing challenging software modules and systems within a complex advanced environment.

In this role you will be part of

The Philips Engineering team developing a Philips Image Management solution that can serve different steps in the radiology workflow. Philips Image Management solution provides a complete and scalable local and wide area Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) solutions for hospitals and related institutions/sites, which will archive, distribute, retrieve, and display images and data from hospital modalities and information systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as the Agile Scrum Master for one of the Radiology Informatics Backend dev teams
Lead the team plan and meet their daily and program iteration objectives. Lead the team PI planning.
Up to 50% hands-on
Lead large complicated development efforts execution and technically
Help\solve tech. issues or blockers with the team
Comply and align with software development professionalism standards within the team (processes and methodologies, quality of requirements, design, coding and testing).
Make sure the team write clean, high quality, solid, readable code that scales.
Responsible to ensure identification and assign required developers to meet the goals
Develop and lead development of high quality, flexible, usable, high performance SW infrastructure.
Assimilate best practices. Increase productivity, avoid redundancy throughout continues improvement.
Facilitate continuous improvement with regular inspect, adapt and team retrospection
Promote domain knowledge, system thinking, and customer understanding

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:

Must:

MS or Bachelor’s degree in software engineering/computer science/or equivalent.
5+ years of extensive SW development experience (preferred C#/.Net)
3+ years of experience as full stack developer or backend developer
Familiar with Agile (SAFe) methodologies, tools and practices
Excellent personal skills, collaboration, team-work, strong interfaces work.
Excellent English communication verbal and written
2+ year experience in leading an R&D scrum team / tech lead / team lead
Experience in Cloud development
Experience in Medical SW product development (familiar with regulation processes etc.)
