Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Financial Controller to build and manage our financial operations from the ground up. You will be the backbone of our financial health- handling everything from daily invoicing and payments to monthly reporting and compliance. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can turn raw numbers into clear, strategic insights that help our leadership make better business decisions.

What You'll Do:

Own the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable/receivable, customer invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
Ensure all financial processes meet regulatory and compliance standards, and manage statutory reporting and tax-related matters.
Preparation of monthly financial and management reports, including analytical insights to support management decision-making.
Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual end closing processes.
Supporting tax related matters.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

BA degree in accounting and public CPA certification.
Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
2-4 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller, preferably in a publicly traded high-tech company.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
Self-starter and independent, with multi-tasking and great time management skills.
High level of English.
